They are liquid or viscous compounds used between surfaces to contain fluids, prevent leaks and resist infiltration of unwanted material. They may also include compounds for filling gaps or seams.

These sealants are based on tough silicone elastomeric technology with sufficiently high degrees of flexibility to allow pumping into joints or cracks, to seal or repair.
ADSIL HM SEALANT A high quality, multi-purpose, non-sag, one-part polyurethane sealant that cures to form a durable elastomer on exposure to atmospheric moisture. Manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001/14001 quality assurance system.
»Uses: Intended to produce sealing and bonding joints. For perimeter sealing of PVCu, wood and aluminium door and window frames, conservatories, construction expansion joints, partition walls, panels and facades, metal framework and roofing.
»Application characteristics: Ready-to-use, odourless and non staining. Adheres without a primer on virtually all building substrates including clear, layered and other glazed surfaces. Will accept movement of up to 15% in continuous service and is fully weatherproof.

ADSIL LM SEALANT A one-part, low modulus, neutral curing, flexible silicone sealant for construction jointing and sealing. Forms a flexible and durable weathertight seal with 15% movement capability. Conforms to ISO 11600 F&G 23 LM.
